Use our file upload button to collect files from your end users as part of their onboarding journey.
This feature requires a few set-up steps:
In Google Drive, create a folder where you want Bento to upload files. Grant “READ” and “EDIT” permissions to uploads@trybento.co.
Once that’s created, click into the Drive and copy the folder ID from the URL and send that to us (support@trybento.co)
We'll let you know when the configuration is done on our end. Once it's done, you should refresh and see “File Upload” as a component in the editor.
To use the feature:
Add the file upload component to a step in your guide
In your step description, include any relevant context for your users
Modify the button copy
Set a consistent name for all uploads (Bento will, by default, append the accountName to the fileName)
Note: Your users can upload multiple files using the one button
