You might find out from Customer Success or even Marketing that a particular subset of users needs a special guide (i.e. a banner message). If that set is > 15, it'd be very cumbersome to individually build that list in a guide's targeting tab.
Instead, you can upload them via CSV and tag them.
How to add tags
Navigate to Data > Attributes > Add attributes (CSV)
Select whether you want to tag users, or add an attributes. Select whether this is at the user or account level.
Download the CSV template that is generated for you. This template is unique depending on the configurations in step 2!
Populate the CSV per the headers in the template and re-upload
How to use the Tag when targeting
Tags will appear under user: Bento tag or account: Bento tag and you can use them just like any other targeting attribute.
