Create a video gallery component! This is great to show your users different case studies, examples, or how to user certain features in your product. Like all Bento guides you can tailor the location and audience as you would like.

Setting this up is extremely easy. Head to the guide library in Bento and as always, Create New and then select contextual guide and video gallery

You will go through the typical Bento experience to decide where in your app you want the video gallery to live. Remember, you need the Bento snippet installed to be able to place experiences in your app.

Then go on to build the video gallery. You can add as little or as many videos as you would like.

Notes:

  • Video ratio will always be 16:9

  • If the height of the container you are placing the video gallery into is not fixed, the height should grow as the width does to maintain the ratio

  • All branding is controlled by you. You can brand your videos on various video players (youtube or vimeo)

Watch-outs

  • Ensure your engineers update your CSP policies to allow videos from different sources to load

  • Be sure the URL of the video is correct so that it loads correctly

  • We don't show internal or private videos so ensure the URLs are for public videos
