When users have completed their guides and the Bento sidebar is still active you can offer your users a way to search your help center.
Bento supports searching Zendesk and Intercom help centers (currently).
To enable this follow these steps:
Head to the Resource Center in Bento
Turn on the search field
Choose your help center platform (Zendesk or Intercom)
Paste in the URL for your help center
This will allow users to search for articles which will open in a new tab.
Customers with the Zendesk integration as part of their plan can do a deeper integration that includes rendering articles in the Bento sidebar as part of search results, and even filing tickets or controlling the chat window.
