Every product has or wants to have a product dashboard. This is the landing page for users that directs them on their happy path, links them to core features, and demonstrates value.
You can ask your engineers to build your static dashboard page OR you can create an interactive, dynamic, tailored by use case dashboard with Bento.
How?
Identify where in your product your dashboard will live (typically an empty dashboard page)
Start in Figma, design out what you want your dashboard to look like
Ask your engineers to add empty DIVs to your page so you can add Bento guides to the right spot
In parallel, start building out your different guides in Bento (empty cards, video galleries, etc.)
You can launch different guides for different users in the same DIV! Or if users completed something essential, automatically replace the content in the DIV.
Some watch-outs:
Ask your engineers to add 1 DIV per guide, this way you can place each guide in their little home and have clarity on what will appear where, and for who
Remember that onboarding guides launch one after the other, instead of at the same time. All other guides launch together
