When building new guides we all feel the 'cold-start' problem! It feels quite difficult to figure out what content to put in the guide.
With your AI guide builder you just no longer need to come up with the content from scratch. Currently, there are 2 inputs that can be used to build a guide.

A transcript from a video where you walk a new customer through onboarding or through a new feature.
How to use the AI guide builder
Go to the guide library and create a new Onboarding checklist
Instead of adding or creating a step group for your guide, choose the option to 'Generate my guide!'
Then select which input you would like to use and paste in the transcript or the link for a help article
After pressing 'Generate', wait ~30 seconds for guide content to be created.
We recommend reading through the content and editing as needed. It is always easier to edit than to create from scratch!
Our GPT guide created has been trained on onboarding guide best practices to ensure the structure and amount of content is optimized.
