When deleting guides you first need to decide if you want to delete for specific customers or if you want to delete the guide entirely (for all customers, forever)
Deleting guides for specific customers
You can delete guides from a specific customer WITHOUT deleting the guide template that is used by many other customers.
Delete guide for all customers (and delete the template)
If you no longer want to use a guide and you want it to be removed from every customer you need to delete the guide template.
This is a permanent deletion method, once the guide template is deleted you cannot retrieve it again.
Open the guides library, identify the guide you want to delete
Open the menu next to the guide name and choose "Delete guide", a modal will pop up to confirm
By typing DELETE and selecting "Permanently delete" it will remove the guide for all customers and delete the guide template permanently
Note: You can also delete guides when you are editing them, the confirmation modal requiring you to type DELETE will still pop up.
WARNING: In all cases, deleting guides will also delete the analytics and data associated with it (per customer AND globally)
You can download the data via CSV to avoid losing it.
