You may have some customers who have made it clear they don't want any pop-ups or guides in their instance of your app.
With Bento, we make it easy for you to block certain accounts on the global level to ensure they don't accidentally get a guide.
How to add blocked accounts
Navigate to your Command Center and the Blocked accounts tab
Add accounts you want to block.
You may remove accounts from the block list, but previously removed guides will not automatically reappear.
What happens to blocked accounts?
All guides will be removed from blocked accounts.
You will no longer be able to launch guides manually to that account, or pick them from the list of accounts in targeting rules
You'll see a list of blocked accounts in template targeting rules to remind you (and others) of it.
