Filter so you can easily see which guides (and how many) a user is eligible for so you can control for spam.

It's easy for guides to build up, especially as different teams start launching announcements or nudges. We've all had that moment when someone logs in as a new user and is suddenly met with pop-up on pop-up.

One way to combat this spam is to make it really easy to see what guides an audience – or even a specific user – is eligible for.

How to filter guides

In the Bento Guide Library, you can filter guides by Saved Audience or User

Filtering for an audience will show you the list of guides that the chosen audience will receive or could receive (if in draft state).

Filtering for a specific user will show you the guides that the individual will receive.

Note you can't filter by audience AND user at the same time, only one at a time.

What do you do if there are too many guides?

  1. Rearrange the priority of guides so the most important ones are shown first

  2. Sunset announcements! This is the biggest culprit of spam. You can always schedule announcements to auto-pause
