The Resource Center view appears when guides are completed. It houses active, completed, and saved experiences that you launched to various users. It also houses our help center integrations and quick links to important pages.

When does the resource center show up, inline:

  • If a user has no Bento guides, they will not see the resource center inline. If you don't want your users to see a blank page, you can hide the page, see more here.

  • If a user only has one guide they will not see the resource center until they complete the guide. (You will notice there is no back arrow to access the resource center in this case)

  • If a user has multiple active and/or completed guides they will see the resource center inline.

All resource center settings can be controlled from the Resource center page in Bento.

First, decide where the resource center shows up (once guides are complete)

Next, control the sections of the resource center. The resource center view will showcase the guides you have completed, in progress, and upcoming. You can control the title text as well as the various section headers from the Resource center page in Bento

You can also add links to the resource center. This will appear as small cards with a custom logo / image below the guide sections.

You can also set up your help center intergration. We currently allow you to search your Intercom help center and have a robust Zendesk integration.

Here is what the Bento resource center looks like in the Sidebar:
